A Turkish Food and Wine Project
Ash and Wine is deriving its name from the Turkish word for a food “Aş”, is an innovative gastronomy project which takes Turkish cuisine and regional wines beyond their limited reputation.
What we do
Our aim is to create a hub for sharing a new culinary experience of different regions and cuisines from Turkey with our exclusively selected wine list.
